Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Due to the unstable and dynamically changing geopolitical situation, which has a direct impact on global fuel markets, the prices
of diesel have recently recorded rapid changes.
Since fuel costs represent a significant share of our company’s operating expenses, we are forced to adjust our current BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor) fuel surcharge policy.
Starting from April 1st, of this year, the BAF surcharge will be updated on a bi-weekly cycle (in stead of monthly updates), with new rates taking effect on the 1st and 15th day of each month.
The fuel price reference level will be determined as follows:
– for the rate effective from the 1st of the month – based on the price from the 24th day of the preceding month,
– for the rate effective from the 15th of the month: based on the price from the 8th day of the same month.
(In the event that the specified reference day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the price from the last working day preceding the weekend will be used as the reference level)

NOTICE! Emergency BAF Surcharge Adjustment effective from April 1st, 2026 is 6%!
In connection with the drastic increase in fuel prices recorded over the last two weeks, the company has decided to perform an emergency revision of the previously announced BAF surcharge level intended for April 1st.
Based on the reference price from March 24th, the new BAF surcharge is set at 6%, starting 01.04.2026
