Dear Clients

Please be noted that due to the official Polish governmental regulation which was published and put into life in April 15th, 2023 it is forbidden to transport many of agricultural goods from Ukraine to Poland (i.e. grain, sugar, hops, seeds, fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products, beef, poultry).

The Polish the Customs Office stopped all transports with above goods no matter if they are under import or transit procedure. Please be noted that the regulations valid until June 30th, 2023.

Due to this unexpected decision, at the moment there are trains blocked, waiting for Customs decisions and cross border permission. Official information (just in polish language version) is valid on website: https://www.gov.pl/web/kas/zakazu-przywozu-z-ukrainy-produktow-rolnych

We hope the situation will be clarified soon and the regulation interpretation, allowing at least transit procedure will follow soon.

So far be informed that additional delays in deliveries may occur and PCC Intermodal with its whole good will to operate smoothly and fast can not take responsibility in this situation for any transit time and deliveries schedule. This situation has the characteristics of force majeure within the meaning of Polish law and many other legal orders. It is an external event that could not have been foreseen, which could not be prevented, impossible to avoid. Please be informed that PCC Intermodal is not responsible for eventual extra costs and delays that may occur because of above forced regulations.

Due to above, declared transit time and schedule concerning transport to Ukraine are not valid as well. Our customer service will keep you inform about possible shipping dates.
