The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that in date of approve the financial statement for fiscal year 2015 has finished common term of Supervisory Board. Therefore on 14 June 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders adopted a resolutions on selection as a Members of Supervisory Board of PCC Intermodal on period of common term beginning on 15 June 2016.
Under adopted resolutions five current Members of Supervisory Board (Alfred Pelzer, Wojciech Paprocki, Artur Jędrzejewski, Daniel Ozon, Peter Weber) was selected also for a period of a new common term.
Mentioned above mambers aren’t engaged in any competitive activity with Company’s activity, do not participate in any competitive company as a partner in civil law partnership, or in private company, or as a member of the authorities of any corporation. They are not engaged in any in another competitive legal person as a member of the authorities. They are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to act concerning Polish Court Register.
Legal ground: § 5 ust. 1 point 21 and 22 Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
