The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 18 May 2016 the sum of transactions concluded by the PCC Intermodal S.A. with Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH, calculated from 27 November 2015, it is from report No 37/2015 was sent, amounts on PLN 9 050 thousands.

For the execution order of the highest value was issued by Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH on the Company on 14.12.2015 the invoice for the amount of EUR 139.900,00 it’s PLN 614.678,63. The subject of the order was carriage of units on routes specified in the order. The conditions under which carriage was contracted do not deviate from market standards used in this type of contract.

The agreement should be considered as a significant according with § 9.8 Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. The criterion for deeming concluded with Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH agreements to be significant is that sum of transactions exceeds 10% of the value of the Company shareholders’ equity. The amounts contained in this report have been converted at the average EURO exchange rate announced by the NBP on May 18, 2016 in accordance with §2 section 7 mentioned above regulation.
