Intermodal terminals of PCC Intermodal SA are located in the most important regions economical wise. Thanks to the investments and a dense network of intermodal connections, PCC creates transport access to the country’s important industrial centers. PCC Kutno Terminal was put into operations in 2011. In the Summer of 2014, after expansion, the terminal doubled its operational area. In the Spring of 2015, it was additionally equipped with two gantry cranes, and in 2023 the facility was expanded by three more handling machines. In addition to the gantry cranes, there are eight mobile reachstaker handling machines in operation at the terminal. Thanks to the expansion and modern equipment, the facility is capable to handle more than 350,000 TEUs per annual. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

PCC Intermodal has been conducting transshipment operations in Brzeg Dolny since 2005. The operator’s intermodal terminal is located directly next to the chemical complex of the Rokita production plant. In 2015, the expansion of the terminal was completed. Since 2024 terminal operates its transshipments by using two remotely controlled cranes. Currently, the terminal has the capacity to handle approximately 150,000 TEUs per annual. The investment is an important logistics centre for the distribution of cargo in the Lower Silesia Region on both national and international corridors. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

PCC Intermodal completed work on the expansion of its container terminal in Gliwice at the end of 2015. The terminal, with an operational area of 50,000 square metres, was equipped with two ruber tire gantry cranes. The facility’s handling capacity increased to more than 150,000 TEUs per annual. Thanks to the modernization, the facility, located within the Silesian Logistics Centre, has become the most modern intermodal Logistics Centre in Upper Silesia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In December 2014, the modernized terminal in Frankfurt (Oder) was officially inaugurated. The expansion gave the terminal new capacity. The facility installed there handles container cargo streams in the East-West corridor and connects the Polish regions with the port of Hamburg by regular intermodal services. Thanks to the Frankfurt terminal, cargo distribution in the Berlin\/Brandenburg region runs smoothly and containers on a daily basis are delivered directly to the customers’ doors. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

PCC Kolbuszowa Depo is a functional site for intermodal cargo handling in the south-eastern part of Poland. The transshipment depot is located in the Podkarpackie Region. Within a radius of 100-150 km, there are such a large cities like: Rzesz\u00f3w, Nowy S\u0105cz, Tarn\u00f3w or Stalowa Wola. The facility is matched to the PCC Intermodal network, it operates regularly intermodal trains. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Currently in the Podkarpackie region, PCC Intermodal SA operates a small container depo in Kolbuszowa. In order to give the region a chance for daily intermodal services and boosts intermodal access for local entrepreneurs, both towards Polish ports, Western Europe and Ukraine, PCC decided to invest in a modern intermodal terminal in Ropczyce. In the first phase, the investment will be able to handle 150,000 TEU, which will significantly improve and intensify the handling possibilities of containerized cargo and, as in other regions, may become a driving force and competitive advantage for producers in the region of South-East Poland. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ICY – Dry Port in Zaj\u0105czkowo Tczewskie is an investment project which will improve transport access to the Polish ports. The consolidation and distribution centre located directly at the Zaj\u0105czkowo Tczewskie main rail-junction, just next to the National Road 91 and nearby the Stanis\u0142awie A1 motorway-junction is the project dedicated to improve the efficiency of containerised cargo logistics on the way to and from ports of Gda\u0144sk and Gdynia. It will naturally contribute to improving the quality of intermodal traffic in the Baltic-Adriatic corridor. The investment is being carried out by PCC on an area of almost 70 ha and will enable rail handling and transshipment operations of approximately 1 million TEUs per annual. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
