The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. (the “Company”) inform that on October 27, 2017 received from PCC SE as the person closely associated with the person discharging managerial responsibilities Mr Alfred Pelzer the notification about the transaction on the shares Company. The content of the notification is attached to this report.
