Publishing the Issue Prospectus
On the 27th April 2009 PCC Intermodal S.A. published the Issue Prospectus which was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the 13th February 2009. The Prospectus is available to the public in electronic form on the websites of the company (www.pccintermodal.pl) and of the Brokerage House PENETRATOR S.A. (www.penetrator.com.pl). The opening of the Public Offer is planned on September 2009.
The company is going to receive from the stock-market about 27 millions PLN for its development issuing 6.756.556 ordinary bearer C-series shares. Funds from the Initial Public Offer are planned for partial financing of construction of PCC’s first modern intermodal terminal in Kutno. PCC Intermodal S.A. plans to build at least five similar intermodal terminals in Poland until the end of 2012.
