Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. (the "Company") informs that on December 16, 2009, Operational Section of National Depository for Securities, ("NDS") announced that pursuant to resolution of Management Board of NDS no 501/09 dated December 3, 2009, the registration of 6 756 556 (six million and seven hundred fifty-six thousand five hundred fifty-six) rights to series C shares of the Company, with ISIN code PLPCCIM00022 assigned by NDS will take place on December 17, 2009.

Legal ground: § 34 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
