Current report no 46/2010 - Termination of significant agreement with Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A.

The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on November 30, 2010 the agreement was signed with Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A. under which both companies agreed to resolve contract from July 8, 2010 about which the Company informed in report no.25/2010.

The agreement, is concerning the terms and conditions for the organization of intermodal transport by the Company on behalf of Rohlig suus Logistics S.A., and will expire on December 12, 2010. The dissolution of mentioned agreement does not result in any negative financial consequences for the Company.

Legal ground: § 5 section 1 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dz. U. z 2009 r. Nr 33, poz. 259 ze zm.).
