Current report no 25/2010 - Signing a significant agreement between PCC Intermodal S.A and Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A.

The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. hereby announces that on 8 July 2010, agreement was signed with Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A. on caring out units by the rail transportation of intermodal transport specified in the order.

The agreement was concluded for a an indefinite period, provided that agreed rates are valid until 31.12.2011. The value of the agreement amounts to 19.288 thousands PLN.  The conditions which were contracted do not deviate from market standards used in this type of contract.

The criterion for deeming concluded Agreement to be significant is that it exceeds 10% of PCC Intermodal S.A. equity.

Legal ground: § 5 section 1 point 3 of  the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
