Current report no 24/2010 - Conclusion of significant agreements with Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A.

The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. hereby announces that, on 1 July 2010 the sum of transactions concluded by the PCC Intermodal S.A. with Rohlig Suus Logistics S.A., calculated from the date the Company's securities to trading, amounted to  PLN 4.708 thousands.

For the execution of the order of the highest value was issued on 24.06.2010, the invoice for the amount of EURO 80.190,00 it’s PLN 333.021,05. The subject of the order was to carry out units by the rail transportation of intermodal transport specified in the order. The conditions under which movements were contracted do not deviate from market standards used in this type of contract.

The EURO amount contained in this report has been converted at the average euro exchange rate announced by the NBP on 1 July 2010 accordance with § 2 section 7 of  the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.

The criterion for deeming concluded Agreement to be significant is that (accordance with § 9 section 8 of  the Regulation of the Minister of Finance) sum of transactions exceeds 10% of the value of the Company shareholders’ equity.
