  • October 2004 - founding up PCC Rail SPEDKOL Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Kędzierzyn-Koźle; the company was first legal predecessor of PCC Intermodal S.A.;
     
  • July 2005 - changing the name of the company into PCC Rail Containers Sp. z o.o. and moving the seat of the company to Jaworzno;
  • August 2005 - opening the shuttle train connection: Brzeg Dolny (inland container terminal) - Szczecin/Świnoujście (VGN marine terminal);
  • November 2005 - the company took over operational service of the container terminal in Brzeg Dolny and started to lead the storage-logistic services for PCC Rokita S.A. and PCC Rokita-Agro S.A. in the range of selected products;
  • June 2006 - opening the new office in Gdynia to perform services for domestic train connections with marine container terminals and to organize shipping for other PCC Group companies;
  • July 2006 - receiving the license required to carry out the domestic transport by road in the range of carriage goods;
  • November 2006 - opening the shuttle train connection: Sławków (Euroterminal) - Gdynia (Baltic Container Terminal);
  • August 2007 - opening the shuttle train connection: Brzeg Dolny - marine container terminals in Gdynia (Baltic Container Terminal) and Gdańsk (Deepwater Container Terminal);
  • January 2008 - changing the legal form and name of the company - conversion from PCC Rail Containers Sp. z o.o. into PCC Containers S.A.;
  • March/April 2008 - changing the name of the company into PCC Intermodal S.A. and moving its seat to Gdynia;
  • April 2008 - opening the shuttle train connection: Gliwice - Gdańsk;
  • June 2008 - extending of Frankfurt n/Oder the shuttle train connection: Brzeg Dolny - Szczecin, to open way to the German ports: Hamburg and Bremerhaven;
  • July 2008 - opening the new international shuttle train connection: Krzewie (near Kutno) - Rotterdam (Netherlands) (Pernis Container Terminal).
